Shipping Policy

Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must check shipping rates with approved carriers before setting their shipping cost.
If the buyer’s shipping payment doesn’t fully cover the shipping cost, the seller is responsible for paying the difference. For example, if the buyer pays $5 for shipping but the actual cost is $7, the seller must cover the extra $2.
Sellers must verify shipping rates before setting their shipping cost.
Sellers must use an approved carrier—USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL—to ship items to buyers.
Sellers are fully responsible for the contents of their shipments and must comply with Upcyclers' Terms of Service, including the Prohibited Items Policy, as well as the terms and conditions of the chosen shipping carrier.
Sellers are fully responsible for properly packaging and insuring their shipments. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, the seller must file a claim directly with the carrier. Upcyclers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been handed over to the carrier.
Sellers must ship the item(s) to the buyer within three (3) business days of purchase and MUST upload a valid tracking number from an approved carrier. If they fail to do so, an email notification will be sent. If the tracking number is still missing after two (2) more business days, the order will be canceled.
Sellers must set their own shipping price based on the shipping rates they checked. If the buyer’s shipping payment is not enough, the seller must cover the extra cost.

Sellers must use one of the following approved carriers to ship items to buyers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Sellers will be fully responsible for contents of shipment and must comply with the Upcyclers Terms of Service, including Prohibited Items Policy and terms and conditions of the shipping carrier.
Sellers are fully responsible for ensuring their shipments are properly packaged and insured. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, the Seller must file a claim directly with the carrier for resolution. Upcyclers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been handed over to the carrier.
Seller must ship the Item(s) to the Buyer within three business (3) days from the date the order was purchased AND MUST UPLOAD A VALID TRACKING # FROM AN APPROVED CARRIER. If Seller does not ship the Item(s) within this timeframe, or upload the tracking #, an email notification will be sent to the seller. If a valid tracking # is still not provided within two (2) business days the order will be canceled.
Buyers and Sellers must maintain an accurate and up to date ship to / ship from address with Upcyclers. Upcyclers reserves the right to charge a User additional fees if a User does not meet any of these obligations.
Shipping Issues
Buyers must report any post-delivery (defined as delivery scan is present as determined by the carrier tracking information) issues (including, but not limited to Unable to locate shipment, Undisclosed damage, Incorrect or missing item, Item not as described, Item is not authentic) to Upcyclers within three (3) days after the date of delivery scan. Once Buyer confirms receipt and acceptance of Item(s) (acceptance can occur either by Buyer affirmatively notifying Upcyclers or by taking no action within three (3) days of the date of delivery), Upcyclers will credit Seller’s account with an amount equal to purchase price, excluding taxes, and any applicable fees set forth in our Fee Policy.
Upcyclers is not liable for damages due to improper or inadequate packaging by Seller.
Please note, we cannot guarantee shipping times or choice of carriers. Upcyclers is not responsible for carrier delays, which may be caused by a number of factors, such as weather.
