Return Policy
Effective Date: March 8, 2025
Upcyclers allows returns only in limited cases.
Buyers must notify Upcyclers within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery, as confirmed by tracking, if an item has:
- Undisclosed damage
- Incorrect or missing pieces
- Significant differences from the listing description
We know that sometimes things don’t work out, but to reduce waste and keep things sustainable, we encourage you to double-check before you buy. If something doesn’t quite work for you, consider giving it a second life—resell it on Upcyclers or pass it on to someone who’ll love it!
To request a return, Buyers must upload photos and provide the necessary details as requested by Upcyclers Support. Upcyclers will review the case, and if approved:
- The Buyer must return the item to the Seller at their own expense.
- A full refund will be issued once the Seller receives the item.
Upcyclers carefully reviews return requests and makes final decisions based on our policies. All decisions are made with fairness and in the best interest of both buyers and sellers.
