Buyer Policy

Purchasing Responsibilities
- As a Buyer, you are solely responsible for reviewing the item description before making a purchase.
- The contract for purchase is strictly between you and the Seller, not Upcyclers.
- Upcyclers does not physically inspect items listed for sale and is not responsible for item flaws or inaccuracies in descriptions.
- If you receive an item that is not as described, you must notify Upcyclers within 3 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
- If a listing violates Upcyclers' Community Guidelines or Prohibited Items Policy, you may report it for review.
Purchases & Order Process
- When purchasing an item, Buyers must submit payment to Upcyclers, including shipping fees, applicable taxes, and any additional charges.
- Upcyclers is not the Seller or a shipping carrier.
- Upcyclers reserves the right to delay or cancel purchases for Trust & Safety reasons, including suspected fraud or prohibited activity.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled, except in the following cases:
- The purchase is canceled by Upcyclers or, if applicable, by the Seller.
- The item is materially different from its description.
- Buyers have 3 days after delivery to inspect their order and report issues to Upcyclers.
- If a return is approved, Buyers must return the item within 5 days, and a refund will be issued once the return is received.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Payments
- Buyers may only use Upcyclers-approved payment methods for purchases.
- By providing payment information, you authorize Upcyclers to store and charge your selected payment method for purchases.
- Transactions must be completed within Upcyclers—off-platform transactions are not allowed.
Buyer Costs
- Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, as well as any applicable taxes or government charges.
